I'm writing a seminar paper on educational blogging, and I thought that the best place to start (once I did a little research) was to set up a blog and see how it might work. I'm hoping other people might post comments about educational blogging, and about how we might use it for helping students learn to write across disciplines.

Great to see you've started blogging, April! Are you familiar with http://weblogg-ed.com ? It's a great resource for blogs and education. Will Richardson, the owner of the site's, main purpose is for K12, but a lot of what he writes about applies to all learning groups. You might consider checking out his book through Summit, Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts.... It's a short book, but has some basic ideas, getting started stuff. Let me know if you'd like other resources.

Hi April,
So you've started a blog: wonderful!

I'd love to know how you figured out how to post a photo. I don't know how to do that--so you're already ahead of me.
